Mikael Gravelle est un artiste multidisciplinaire originaire du Canada. À la fois écrivain, illustrateur, dessinateur, graphiste et peintre, son œuvre est une rencontre du textuel et du visuel. Dans sa pratique artistique, Mikael puise à même sa vulnérabilité afin de la transformer en des images poignantes et transgressives, donnant lieu à des récits qui conjuguent ton intimiste et vécu marginal. Mikael a exposé à plusieurs reprises à Montréal et à Gatineau, a souvent collaboré à des collectifs, et a publié deux recueils de poésie. Enfin, il est diplômé en infographie, possède un baccalauréat en Arts et Design de l’Université du Québec en Outaouais, et est membre de l’Association des Auteurs et auteures de l’Outaouais depuis 2020.
Mikael Gravelle is a multidisciplinary artist from Canada. As a writer, illustrator, graphic designer and painter, his work is a meeting of the textual and the visual. In his artistic practice, Mikael draws from his vulnerability in order to transform it into poignant and transgressive images, giving rise to stories that combine intimacy and marginal experience. Mikael has exhibited several times in Montreal and Gatineau, has often collaborated with collectives, and has published two poetry books. Finally, he has a diploma in infographics, has a bachelor's degree in Arts and Design from the University of Quebec in Outaouais, and has been a member of the Association of Authors of Outaouais since 2020.
